Gestion des données personnelles.

En France, les données personnelles sont notamment protégées par la loi n° 78-87 du 6 janvier 1978, la loi n° 2004-801 du 6 août 2004, l’article L. 226-13 du Code pénal et la Directive Européenne du 24 octobre 1995. A l’occasion de l’utilisation du site peuvent êtres recueillies : l’URL des liens par l’intermédiaire desquels l’utilisateur a accédé au présent site, le fournisseur d’accès de l’utilisateur, l’adresse de protocole Internet (IP) de l’utilisateur. Dordogne Ladies' Club International (the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. It is the aim of the President and Committee of the DLCI to protect the personal data of the members of the DLCI, their guests and our Committee to comply with the current legislation. Our privacy policy is drafted with that sole intention.
The type of personal information we(the President and Committee of the DLCI) collect is as follows:
● Full name and title
● Email address, Postal Code and Name of Commune
● Photographs of members and their guests including those taken at events
● A personal profile of those who have agreed to be featured as ‘member of the month’

● Names and contact details of the committee of the DLCI
● Membership survey responses
● Nominations for charitable donations
How we get the personal information and why we have it:
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you (the Members) for one of the following reasons:
● To request to join or renew your membership of the DLCI
● To vote on nominations for the committee of the DLCI, nominate a charity you would like the DLCI to support or to vote for the nominated charities
● To respond to a membership survey
● To request details of or express interest in attending an event
● To share information for the newsletter

● To share photographs for the newsletter and/or website
To join one of the groups (coffee mornings, book club) within the DLCI
● You write to one of the committee in their official capacity.
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
● Send annual membership renewal requests
● Offer you the opportunity to vote for the committee members, to make a charity nomination or vote on a nomination
● To communicate with you about events
● To take names of members who wish to attend events where advance booking is necessary
● To share the monthly newsletter
● To share the names and email addresses of every DLCI member with other members annually by email
● To contact you in relation to matters arising as part of the DLCI, for example, to offer you the opportunity to be featured as ‘member of the month’ on our website
To decide on the venue for events across the region in relation to the density of the membership.
We share this information with:
● Current membership of the DLCI including the committee
● Our financial auditors
Our systems administrator
Membership lists are shared with the current membership as an attachment to an email. The attachment is in a format which prevents copying. The information may be kept for an unlimited period of time on the computers of the members or former members of the DLCI.
The monthly newsletter contains personal data the use of which is covered by this statement. It is sent to the email address you have provided. To comply with the regulations it must not be shared electronically, printed or passed on.
Newsletters can be kept for an unlimited amount of time on the computers of the members or previous members of the DLCI.
Other than as previously specified, we do not share your personal data with others without your prior consent.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances or give permission to third parties to sell on the data we have shared with them.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the lawful basis we rely on for the processing of this information is your consent.
You may remove your consent at any time by contacting president@dlci.info
How we store your personal information:
Your membership information is stored by the committee of the DLCI and our systems administrator on their computers, in password-protected files, for the duration of your membership. It is kept for one month after your membership has expired after which time it is deleted from the membership records held by the Committee of the DLCI.
Information stored on paper will be destroyed by shredding and recycling after a period of one week after the use for which it is intended has passed.
Voting and nomination forms are kept whilst the process of election is complete (usually three months) and then destroyed by shredding and recycling.
Any other information which has been collected on behalf of the DLCI prior to this notice having being issued which is currently held in respect of a member has been destroyed. Examples of the types of information are as follows: birthday, postal addresses, telephone number and any information about lapsed members.
Your data protection rights:
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
● Your right of access – you have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information
● Your right to rectification – you have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete personal information you think is incomplete
● Your right to erasure – you have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances
● Your right to restriction of processing – you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances
● Your right to object to processing – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances
